Refund & Return Policy

At Syrian Outlet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 48-hour return policy, giving you 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it
It must be unused, with all original packaging and labels
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:
Damaged, Defective, Not the item you ordered
Contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Used or opened items, Personal care items, Custom-made or special orders, Items sold as final sale, Hazardous materials (e.g., liquids, flammable goods)
If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, contact us before requesting a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, we will notify you, Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as store credit only, We do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds, You will be able to use your store credit on future purchases.
Important Notes
Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are covered by the customer in all cases.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us.
