Everything is in your hands: you can freely determine the water temperature and adjust it if necessary . For a delicious tea, you can set the ideal temperature at 60 degrees, or at 90 degrees , the ideal temperature for a hand-filtered coffee . All possibilities are therefore open to you. The simple control panel on the handle makes the kettle operable with just one hand , whether you are right- or left-handed. The small red indicator light shows the selected temperature . For each adjustable temperature, the KESSER kettle has its own color interior lighting . Individuality and variety ensure an extraordinary atmosphere . The glass jug is made of heat-resistant silicate glass , which is considered tasteless for optimal enjoyment . The fact that this appliance is also BPA-free means that you can enjoy your tea with peace of mind even during your pregnancy . Optionally , the included tea insert can be used for fresh tea . This can be easily removed by pushing the holder upwards and is also dishwasher safe . To prevent tea leaves from ending up in the cup , the strainer is made of food-safe stainless steel and has extra fine sieve holes . By holding the power button until the internal light flashes red , the
water heated to 100 degrees and then kept at 85 degrees Celsius for 2 hours by the integrated keep-warm function .
